Desert Sky Right of Way was founded by Lynsi Meza, SR/WA-EU, after years of working directly with utility companies, engineering teams, and public agencies to navigate complex right of way and permitting requirements. That experience became the foundation for a consulting practice dedicated to helping clients move infrastructure projects forward with confidence.
